The series follows a ragtag group of athletes living and training in an out-of-business laundromat and chasing their dream of becoming world champions. Although the series features jiu-jitsu, it goes way beyond the sport. In three seasons and four years, we see the young athletes who were previously lost find their purpose, give back to the community, and continue the cycle of changing lives for the better.
